I have written about a bunch of Mini based kit cars that is looking really sorry for itself in Great Harwood some times before (here). I was also told more than once that the owners weren't interested at all in selling any of them, while they supposedly had more Mini based cars than just these, too.
But just under a year since the last sighting of them on these pages, it seems that they are to be offered for sale after all. An ad for an Ashley Sportiva sports car has appeared on a well known auction website, stating 'Other vehicles coming for sale on Ebay soon' and showing one or two of the Stimsons from the collection plus a bonus Mini Marcos with a GTM Rossa in the background, too. About time to share some good pictures of the cars that Peter Skitt took last autumn. Let's see what will happen to them. See the ad here.
